The sales contract is subject to French law.

These conditions are applicable exclusively to non-commercial individuals.

Validity of offers

Our offers are only intended for consumers with a delivery address in the countries where ANIKA.S ensures delivery via a transport provider.

The products presented on the site are valid while stocks last. In case of debit or collection for ordering an unavailable item, ANIKA.S agrees to reimburse the customer within 10 days.

ANIKA.S undertakes to notify by email the customer who has placed an order of an unavailable item.

Item prices

The prices presented on the site or the online store are final. They are indicated in euros and are understood to include all taxes (all taxes included including VAT) and governed by French law.

They are guaranteed subject to typographical or printing errors.

Prices may be modified at any time, without notice and in particular in the event of a change in fiscal or economic data. The items will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at time of order registration.

Payment terms

Products or services must be paid for in euros.

The delivered goods remain the property of ANIKA.S until receipt of payment. The transfer of risk takes place upon delivery of the goods.

The accepted payment methods are Paypal and Bank Card (VISA / MASTERCARD).

Acceptance of the offer

Any order constitutes express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The validation of the order by the Internet user implies acceptance of Terms of Sales.

Invoices

The invoice can be downloaded from the customer area of our website. It is established in accordance with the price list in force on the day the order is placed. ANIKA.S releases all liability for input errors.

Delivery - Transport

Orders placed from Monday to Friday are shipped the following working day once the effective receipt of payment.

The shipments are then taken care of by a transport service provider (UPS) which ensures the transport to the delivery address specified by the customer. Delivery times indicated by carriers are:

Metropolitan France (Corse included): delivery between 1 and 2 working days after shipping.International: delivery between 2 and 8 working days after dispatch.

All these deadlines are given as an indication. Exceeding these deadlines may in no case be held against ANIKA.S, nor give rise to a termination of the contract or to a any compensation for damages.

Transport risks are the responsibility of the customer upon leaving the warehouse. The customer must check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the items delivered and immediately report to "ANIKA.S" any anomaly if applicable. Any reservations are made on the delivery slip presented by the carrier and must be sent by e-mail to: anika@anikalena.com.

Right to retract

If one or more items are not suitable, the Customer has 10 days to from the date of delivery of the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal from its ordered. The postmark or the date of the delivery receipt constitutes the date of start of this period. The return or cancellation may concern all or part of the order.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless "ANIKA.S" has delivered a product which is found to be damaged or different from the item ordered.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 working days from receipt of the return of goods by credit card credit and after checking the condition of the item and its packaging.

Product exchanges are not possible, only refunds.

Damaged products, returned incomplete, returned without original packaging and packaging complete, or soiled will not be taken back or refunded.

Beyond the period of 10 days from delivery, the goods will not be taken back or reimbursed.

Obligation of the parties

ANIKA.S, in the case of acceptance of an order, undertakes to sell and deliver to the customer the products ordered by the latter according to the methods specified above.

ANIKA.S undertakes to verify that the products comply with the regulations French.

The customer agrees to provide ANIKA.S with an address to which delivery may be performed. Responsibility

Miscellaneous

The invalidity or unenforceability of one of the clauses of these general conditions of sale or special conditions will not affect the application or validity of the other clauses of Terms of Sales. This clause will then be replaced by the closest provision possible.

Neither ANIKA.S nor the customer can be held responsible for non-performance contractual following a case of force majeure in particular and without this being limiting in the event of of war, riot, insurrection, interruption of transport, problem of importation, strike, shortage, fire, earthquake, storm, flood, pandemic.
